Stephen Taylor

Stephen Taylor is the Managing Partner of The SIGMA TWO GROUP, Executive Director of the International Business Center, and holds an M.A. degree in International Management Studies - Global Leadership, from the University of Texas at Dallas School of Management.


Mr. Taylor and The SIGMA TWO GROUP are responsible for development of the Website, including design (and production) of the copyrighted Hofstede Dimension Graphs, plus the Country Descriptions and content throughout the Website.


The SIGMA TWO GROUP specializes in International Career Education, Training, and Development products and services.


With broad international and domestic business background and experience with companies that include 3M, Unilever, and Henkel, Mr. Taylor held executive management positions in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, and Human Resource Development.


Well versed in the development and teaching of targeted education and training in the corporate environment, Stephen Taylor specializes in intercultural, or cross-cultural business dynamics and their impact on corporate operations and profitability. Stephen strongly believes in bringing to participants at seminars, workshops, and presentations the understanding that, “A moment’s insight is sometimes worth a life’s experience.” This concept applies nowhere better than helping people of different backgrounds and cultures work together productively and harmoniously.


With years of first hand knowledge for the challenges that come from working extensively in Asia, Europe, and the Americas, he understands the potential opportunities and rewards for managers and organizations who apply proper cross-cultural, organizational, marketing, and sales management strategies, tactics, and techniques in their global operations. Stephen Taylor has established and managed worldwide direct and indirect enterprise channels, including partnerships and joint alliances.

In addition, he is a certified instructor for Dr. John Geier’s DiSC assessment tools developed to achieve the advantages of measuring attitudes, predicting human behaviors, identifying personal performance potential in a task or leadership position, and modifying the culture for improved enterprise productivity.


Organizational relationships include the International Business Center, International Microelectronics and Packaging Society, Sales and Marketing Executives, National Speakers Association, American Society of Training and Development, and Executive Member of the American Marketing Association.
